pinterest 'activism' pisses me off SO MUCH sometimes. like, you (general) tell people about horrific tragedies and don't do anything to help??? at least put a link to donations instead of just saying it to 'bring awareness'. that only works if you're also taking actual action to HELP THOSE AFFECTED! it's like the same as spreading pictures of DEAD KIDS and just saying 'oh my god this is so horrific' and just DOING NOTHING??? like okay i get it you're trying to help but seeing UNCENSORED DEAD KIDS IS TRAUMATIC!!! this is stuff i've actually seen people do in the name of activism like don't piss me off. telling people about tragedies and just leaving it at that and doing nothing else is not the same as telling someone about a tragedy and giving the resources to help. i know they have good intentions it's just really frustrating to see people constantly spread horrible news and do nothing about it. share donation links! encourage people to go to free donation sites! do SOMETHING!!!
