A bit random. I guess because our upstairs neighbors are so thumpety I was reminded of some others we've had in the past. It's always the top floor neighbors in our case that are the loudest. I remember one girl had a baby above my room crying and on different nights they'd get above me and the constant loud jibber jabber. Then one time they had the audacity to thump the floor when I barely had music on. Then there were Hispanics that were above me that had their tv REALLY LOUD. it gets so annoying I yell something about it. Then like the next day I had my pc playing something they repeat the same thing I said. Ive had such bad issues with top floor neighbors over the years. This one before she moved out yelled when somebody was telling them others could hear they go I DON'T GIVE A FUCK. fuckin meth heads. Then she blares music at midnight before moving out. I've been through hell with top floor neighbors. So excuse me if I don't take kindly to repetitive thumping WAKING ME UP!!!!!!!!!
