It's been nearly 3 weeks now, surely it doesn't take that long to choose between 10 candidates for a job? Even if it does, a little communication would be nice. Nah I think they've hired someone already and are just too lazy to let everyone else know. Even though they gave us tasks which we had to take a lot of time out of our day to do. And now nothing. All that effort for not even a response of any kind. I wish I'd taken the opportunity to leave education at 16. I just didn't feel ready to work back then. But I'm nearly 30 now and I still don't feel ready. If I'd started working in a warehouse at 16 instead of going to sixth form I'd have been able to start earning sooner, and would have likely moved out of my parents' house years ago. Instead I continued with education, graduated, and only managed to get jobs that are dodgy or unstable. No one else will hire me. Either because I don't have enough experience or............. ghosted
