I'm so tired of people who can't organize their time and ask and expect me to be available to them. They always come to me saying they want me to work on this or that. They want to schedule a meeting. I make myself available and they either flake, or they cancel (multiple times) or they never get back to me. What the fuck are you bothering me for if you can't respect YOUR own request. fuck off then. It's so disrespectful, and I don't get how they don't get that.
