this is a weird vent and idk why i have this but i have a fetish for intimate female deaths (fictional ones; dw not a necrophile) and i saw that one scene in Obsession where Sarah gets her face smashed and i got angry specifically at the fact that such a "beautiful" face that got pulped i know that anatomy is fragile against violence and yet i am still mad it seems irrational and fetishistic now that i think about it and i envy: •the director & the people who made the film because they could make such realistic stuff without shying from actual anatomy/gore •the people who got surprised by it (unlike me who spoiled it for myself; i watched the scene BEFORE the film) and isn't irrationally angry over it (unlike me, a 17 year old who keeps spiralling over a mere MOVIE SCENE instead of doing something useful for his age) •anyone who can write ugly but realistic death without grieving their libido idk why i'm even spiralling and venting about this weird ass topic honestly
