I sang in a choir concert in a neighbouring town. After the concert a comment was made to my face that the person working for the place we performed at, was "so clearly into me" & "trying to get my attention" & "we would make a great couple". That was literally the first time we ever met. Didn't even talk to each other. Just simply existed in the same room for an hour. He seemed like a nice guy, but I don't know him... and I like someone else in my hometown. But comments like these are the reason why I haven't said anything about my feelings to him.. and propably never will. Being single in your 30's & living in a small town simply... sucks. Oh, why? Mainly because you can't exists in the same space with other people your age without being made the main character of biggest gossip.
