For the past 4 years this one manager has physically made me want to quit multiple times. from talking crap about me, ignoring me for months, yelling at me, and pushing me aside giving promotions to other people. Today one of my coworkers passed out and I had called for security and first aid to help her, he pulled me aside to tell me everything I did wrong in that situation and when I tried to stick up for myself he cut me off talking his BS and telling me "it's okay your okay". I feel like i'm his escape goat to use as he wants and I hate it but the job market is so hard I can't just up and quit without knowing I have another job lined up for me. I want to write an anonymous complaint about him but I know for a fact they'll know it's me and won't do anything.
