I hate humanity. We fight, steal, and kill each other, and all for what? Every day, people out there are dying in wars — wars that are nothing more than petty political games to bastard politicians who live in luxury. Meanwhile, everyone else slaves away at 9-5 jobs, grinding away their souls for the benefit of rich people who can and will throw them away the moment they're deemed to no longer be useful. Corporations exploit people, damage the environment, and have zero regard for human culture or history — just look at what Sony is doing to physical media. How does ANYONE deal with this? Everything seems to have a downside. Finding a job has felt impossible for me not only because the idea of the daily 9-5 is unbearable to me, but because of social anxiety. Meanwhile, if I want to do freelance work, become a content creator, or join my friend in trying to start a card shop, there are financial realities that make that very difficult. At that point, is life even worth living?
