I refuse to be a yes man employee. I just refuse. I will 100% let you make the final decision. But I won't pretend to agree with you if I don't. And I won't pretend to like what you've chosen if I don't. If i agree and like what you did, I'll let you know just as much as when I don't. Don't expect me to be a yes man kind of employee. Not for you, or anybody. If it bruises your ego, fire me.
