Rant #12230

I can't stand my coworker. He hacks all day and refuses to answer the phone unless I'm in the restroom. Will literally just sit on his phone watching the phone ring until I pick it up. He's rude and abrasive to everyone. He makes the work environment toxic. He misgenders my other coworker and has nicknames for everyone. He should have been fired years ago but everyone is too scared of how huge and fat and aggressive he is to ever say anything back to him.
