i was in the car w my bf and we were driving home (we're both 24) and he was on the phone with his guy best friend. they were talking about, i kid you not, dinosaurs. their favorite dinosaurs. it was obvious i was not included in this conversation so i just was on my phone. then, they asked me what my favorite dinosaur was. my bf said "oh she doesn't know dinosaurs, she's probably gonna say the 'long neck one' " why did he, essentially, dumb me down like that? like why did he make me look stupid in front of his friend. then his friend asked what my favorite one was. and i said velociraptor. and my bf said "oh that's a cop out" WHY WOULD YOU ASK MY FAVORITE ONE AND THEN CRITICIZE IT WHY IS HE COMPETING WITH ME? WHY IS HE TALKING ABOUT DINOSAURS AT 10 PM WITH ANOTHER MAN AT 24 YEARS OLD DON'T PISS ME OFF JESUS CHRIST
