To who replied with: "Those who join the government to serve themselves instead of their community are bad people, especially if they lie about helping others" I hope you're acknowledging the fact this is planned deception and usually done by those with power in their favor. There's differences in people strong armed into being a dick versus actual powerfully backed government scummy bastards hellbent on absorbing wealth, resources and even people which creates patsies and scapegoats. Context is king, but even then if provide zero opportunities to change even the worst douchebag, no-one is innocent.
