I would never knock someone for working in a low-down position at an unethical company. There are so few jobs available now that I'm probably going to have to go against my morals and apply for jobs for organisations whose ethics (or lackof) I don't agree with. Will I enjoy my job? No. Will I be spending every week looking for somewhere else? Of course. Every job search I do, fewer results come up. I can't just go for any job. If I don't have experience in that kind of job, they reject me. Even if I do have experience in that kind of job, one thing I haven't done before and they don't wanna know. They'd rather start the hiring process all over again than choose someone who they might have to train for 10 minutes. Enjoy not having anyone working for you, employers. Enjoy having to go through hundreds of applications all over again. Enjoy having to interview people all over again. You could have just hired me and gave me a bit of training. But no make it harder for yourselves.
