I'm tired of being society's punching bag because of others who share my race, gender, or sexuality. Straight white men deserve respect and representation too. Why is questioning race acceptable for some but not others? Skin shouldn't matter. Bad people exist in every group, so why is the hate targeted? Christians are also hated because of a few bad actors, not the majority. I hold views that are often criticized: I support Israelis living where they want, believe the Earth is 6,000 years old, oppose the LGBTQ concept, and am Pro-Life. Even my media tastes are judged; I like modern Nintendo, Pokémon, and Disney, and believe we should judge products by quality rather than labels like "indie." Companies like the makers of Idol Project shouldn't be treated differently from Glitch Productions just because of size; we should judge the effort and product, not the maker. I just needed to vent.
